A little reflection on 2017<\/h2>\nThis past year has been an incredible adventure as I fully immersed myself in the world of full-time portrait and wedding photography. I\u2019m deeply grateful to all my clients who have placed their trust in me\u2014it\u2019s been such a joy to create beautiful, timeless memories for them and their loved ones.\n\nAs I look ahead to 2018, I\u2019m excited to see what\u2019s in store. One of the biggest challenges I faced this past year was finding the balance between sharing fresh content from the many sessions and projects I\u2019ve worked on and keeping up with the day-to-day demands of shooting, editing, and managing the administrative side of my business. Wearing 20 different hats at once requires careful planning and discipline, and it\u2019s been no small feat.\n\nThat said, I truly believe that with great challenges come great opportunities for growth. I\u2019m eager to continue improving\u2014not just as a photographer, but also in the overall experience I provide to my clients. Here\u2019s to another year of growth, creativity, and connection!\n

Vasquez Rocks<\/h2>\nTo kick off the year with some fresh content, here\u2019s a portrait session from a location scouting trip I took to Vasquez Rocks. I\u2019m grateful that pockets of stunning landscapes like this still exist within a short drive from the city. Vasquez Rocks is a gem\u2014a series of dramatic rock formations that tower against the sky, creating an iconic and picturesque setting.\n\nI\u2019m absolutely in love with the vibrant natural light and epic scenery here; it\u2019s a perfect backdrop for a portrait or engagement session.
