This was a fun and relaxing grad portrait session at USC! Liz had scheduled a session earlier in the Spring when the campus wasn’t too busy with soon-to-be graduates taking photos yet. Even though most of my specialties lie with graduation portraits and weddings, getting into family sessions has made me discover a whole new world of fun in capturing the dynamic between everyone – from the silly moments to the precious, and then to the awww’s. Just finished up Iris and Errol’s graduation portraits and couple session this past week. I actually took Iris’ graduation portraits back in 2016, and Errol’s in 2017, and now that they’ve both graduated, they decided to do a couple session together in 2018!
A couple of photographer friends and I decided to head over to our local Michaels craft store to take on the “ugly location” photo challenge yesterday! It was an epic night of hilarious contrast between the beautiful fantasy-like shots we got, versus the plainness and normalcy of your everyday craft store.
