As a graduation portrait photographer, I often recommend my clients bring meaningful props to the session to create more memories with them. In this case, the cigar pictured was the graduate's grandfather's favorite brand of cigar. This ended up creating a very meaningful and impactful graduation portrait that ended up as one of the iconic images in the client's album that they ordered later.
